Unable to perform Translation:invalid textTom was born June 22, 1923 in Lake Providence, Louisiana, to Daniel Webster Sr. and Lou Ella Underwood. In a family of nine children, Tom is survived by a brother,
Max Pollard, Clinton and a sister, Elaine Irby Belle Chase. Tom is survived by
his loving, devoted wife of 32 years, Madie Rae Miller Pollard. He was the son, Richard John Pollard and his first son survived, Harold Ray Pollard, Oregon and two grandchildren. He was in his extended family of step-daughter, Janice Lee week before and survived, Ronald Ray week from Wimberly, Texas, Pamela Rose Busfield Lewisville, Texas, Margaret Ellen Beasley, of Timpson, Texas, five grandchildren and seven great-grand children. Tom is survived by his love for their families and health professionals, as well as numerous nieces and nephews
Unable to perform Translation:invalid textAfter a brief stint in the Army, CCC, Tom has been a resident of Alexandria during his career in auto mechanics at prices Automotive in 1941, where he is also the owner until his retirement in 1988. As an active member of the community
Tom was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and a mason. In his retirement, Tom RVing, travel the country enjoys with his wife, family and friends, but never far from his passion to get under the hood or on the road or at home, he was always ready to lend a hand. Tom has also learned the art of cutlery and woodworking, and spent several hours to produce timeless pieces that many have enjoyed over the years.
